Net4 is a business to business provider and we only accept orders from business customers. As such our processes are business focused to ensure we can provide our customers with the best possible service.
If you wish to return an item you must email [email protected] and obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) before attempting to return any item.
For us to provide you with a RAN, you must provide us with;
Once accepted we will provide you with a RAN and the details of where to ship the return back to us. It is your responsibility to return the order to us.
We cannot be held liable for the non-receipt of any item that is;
Our returns policy is as follows;
Our quoted lead times are up to the point you request a RAN from our support desk. Please note we automatically generate a notification of your request for a RAN and it is your responsibility to ensure you have received your RAN notification.
If POD (Proof of Delivery) is not available we shall use the standard delivery timeframe set out by the courier as the delivery date of the order.
