User Roles
Administrator - Full system access including billing and security settings Manager - Can manage users, devices, and view all reports Operator - Can start sessions and manage assigned devices Viewer - Read-only access to dashboards and reports
Adding New Users
Navigate to Settings > User Management
Click "Add User"
Enter the user's email and assign a role
The user will receive an invitation email
Once accepted, they can access the platform
Best Practices
Follow the principle of least privilege
Regularly audit user access
Remove inactive users promptly
Use teams to organize users by department or function
