User Management and Permissions

Add users, create teams, and configure role-based access controls.

Net4Connect provides robust user management capabilities to control access across your organization.

User Roles

Administrator - Full system access including billing and security settings Manager - Can manage users, devices, and view all reports Operator - Can start sessions and manage assigned devices Viewer - Read-only access to dashboards and reports

Adding New Users

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management

  2. Click "Add User"

  3. Enter the user's email and assign a role

  4. The user will receive an invitation email

  5. Once accepted, they can access the platform

Best Practices

  • Follow the principle of least privilege

  • Regularly audit user access

  • Remove inactive users promptly

  • Use teams to organize users by department or function
