Configure video streaming quality and bandwidth settings.

Quality Settings

Auto - Automatically adjusts based on connection High (1080p) - Best quality, requires stable connection Medium (720p) - Balanced quality and bandwidth Low (480p) - Minimal bandwidth consumption

Configuring Video

  1. Go to Settings > Video

  2. Select default quality level

  3. Configure bandwidth limits

  4. Set recording quality (can differ from stream)

Network Requirements

  • High quality: 5+ Mbps upload

  • Medium quality: 2-5 Mbps upload

  • Low quality: 1-2 Mbps upload

For Remote Expert sessions, both participants need adequate bandwidth.

Troubleshooting Poor Quality

  1. Check network connection speed

  2. Move closer to WiFi access point

  3. Lower quality setting

  4. Close other bandwidth-intensive apps

  5. Consider mobile data if WiFi is congested
