Creating Your First Workflow

Step-by-step guide to building a digital workflow.

Create your first digital workflow using the Net4Connect Workflow Builder.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Workflows > Builder

  2. Click "Create New Workflow"

  3. Enter a name and description

  4. Choose a category

Adding Steps

  1. Click "Add Step"

  2. Enter step title and instructions

  3. Add media (optional): images, videos, or documents

  4. Configure input fields if data capture is needed

  5. Set step type: required, optional, or conditional

Step Types

  • Information: Display-only instructions

  • Input: Capture text, numbers, or selections

  • Photo: Require photo documentation

  • Signature: Capture digital signatures

  • Checklist: Multiple items to complete

Testing Your Workflow

  1. Click "Preview" to test in the browser

  2. Deploy to a test device

  3. Complete the workflow as a user would

  4. Review results and adjust as needed

Publish when ready for production use.
