Create your first digital workflow using the Net4Connect Workflow Builder.
Getting Started
Navigate to Workflows > Builder
Click "Create New Workflow"
Enter a name and description
Choose a category
Adding Steps
Click "Add Step"
Enter step title and instructions
Add media (optional): images, videos, or documents
Configure input fields if data capture is needed
Set step type: required, optional, or conditional
Step Types
Information: Display-only instructions
Input: Capture text, numbers, or selections
Photo: Require photo documentation
Signature: Capture digital signatures
Checklist: Multiple items to complete
Testing Your Workflow
Click "Preview" to test in the browser
Deploy to a test device
Complete the workflow as a user would
Review results and adjust as needed
Publish when ready for production use.
