Deploying Workflows to Devices

Deploy workflows to devices individually or in bulk.

Deployment Options

Individual Device - Push to a specific device Device Group - Deploy to all devices in a group Organization-wide - Available to all devices Scheduled - Deploy at a specific time

Deployment Process

1. Open the workflow to deploy

2. Click "Deploy"

3. Select target devices or groups

4. Choose deployment timing

5. Confirm deployment

Version Management

• Each deployment creates a version

• Previous versions remain accessible

• Rollback to earlier versions if needed

• Track which version each device is running

Update Strategies

Automatic - Devices update immediately when connected User-initiated - Workers choose when to update Scheduled - Updates at designated maintenance windows Mandatory - Force update before workflow can run
